We want you to love your purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return

1. Email us at bazario@polsia.app with your order number
2. We'll send you a return shipping label
3. Pack the item in its original packaging
4. Ship it back using the provided label
5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

Conditions

• Items must be in original condition and packaging
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
